We are a party rental company but also specialize in full-service meeting/special events planning. Our shop is open May - October but we communicate via email all year round. Party Rent Shop Policies
Most rates are based on a 2-day rental period; some are daily. Many items require a security or cleaning deposit. Unless other arrangements have been approved, payment in full is required upon delivery or pickup. We no longer accept credit or debit cards. Checks must be received two weeks prior to event. Delivered items will be left boxed and stacked. Upon pick up we ask that you assemble all used items at the same drop off point exactly as delivered - tables and chairs folded and stacked, all glass and dishware thoroughly washed and returned in their containers, adequately wrapped for safe transit. Deliveries are tailgate only. If you do not have manpower to load and unload, set up and take down service by our personnel is available by pre-arrangement and will be billed at a rate of $15/hour/person. You are responsible for the security and safe keeping of all rental items while in your possession. Items must be kept dry, especially during monsoon season. Damaged or lost items will be billed at our retail cost. If linens are returned with candle wax, tear, burn or stain which cannot be removed, a replacememt cost will be charged. Prices are subject to change without notice, and sales tax will be added on. To guarantee availability of items, please reserve in advance, with a 50% deposit. .
